For Philips Hue, we created the ‘Experience the Atmospheres of the World’ project, bringing the vibes of Ibiza, SoHo, Tokyo, and Cancun directly to the MediaWorld Tech Village at Porta di Roma. Through this initiative, participants could immerse themselves in captivating atmospheres created by Philips Hue lighting and have the chance to win a trip to Iceland to witness the Northern Lights.

The challenge: driving foot traffic to the store to discover and purchase Philips

Hue Philips Hue asked us to promote their lighting as a unique tool for creating immersive, one-of-a-kind environments. Our goal was to engage consumers and encourage them to visit the MediaWorld Tech Village at Porta di Roma to experience firsthand the atmospheres created with Philips Hue.

The idea: experiencing the atmospheres of the world

We developed the concept “Experience the Atmospheres of the World,” showcasing how Philips Hue could turn any space into a global destination. We designed a small room within the MediaWorld Tech Village, allowing visitors to sit back and fully immerse themselves in the experience.

Inside the Philips Hue room, visitors had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the Philips Hue lighting, transforming the entire environment into one of the four selected locations.

Bringing the world into the store

Near the store and in its corridors, we stationed special hostesses dressed in traditional costumes from the four locations, bringing the essence of Tokyo, Cancun, Ibiza, and SoHo into the MediaWorld Tech Village. Their role was to distribute special postcards that explained the initiative and promote the related contest.

A contest to fly to Iceland

Customers who purchased a Philips Hue product at the store had the chance to enter the “Win the Northern Lights” contest by entering the code on the dedicated website.
