A rock event

Elevate is the event hosted by Workday that brings together all the changemakers in Italy. For the third time, we organized and managed every creative aspect of this important day of exchange, starting with the “Rock Star” campaign to capture the attention and excitement of the participants.

The challenge: creating an engaging event

The challenge we took on was to create an event that would demonstrate how Workday can be a true partner for change, speeding up processes and helping businesses navigate transformation.

The idea: adding a touch of rock and roll to the event

Inspired by Workday’s “Rock Star” campaign, we infused Elevate with a rock vibe throughout the day. Short musical interludes entertained guests between speeches, while brief rock breaks highlighted key concepts.

The execution: setup, moderator selection, and organization—100% Melismelis

We managed the event from start to finish, developing the agenda, selecting Alberto Giuffrè—Sky Tg24 host and innovation expert—as the moderator, overseeing all aspects of the setup, and directing the entire event production.
